These are hosted by Paula, who will equip you with de-stressing skills and showing you how to indulge in those quiet moments!

Anxiety managment

Distraction techniques

How to set-up realistic goals and make changes to improve the quality of your life

To look after your health

Have a role in life

Be in the moment

Be positive

Have a laugh

Love yourself

Have faith or just enjoy nature

Be happy with what you see in the mirror

This is a small & informal group. Participation in group discussion or sit back and listen and take away idea's & useful tips on how to enjoy life.

Paula,however will only present these classes/evenings on a "need basis". So it would be helpful to ring her if you are interested in participating in these useful & worthwhile classes!
